-Oversee production operations to ensure consistent quality and adherence to approved standards.

-Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or issues professionally.
-Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and control operating costs.
-Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
-Improve operational efficiency and implement best practices to support business growth.
-Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and store performance.
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Branch Manager / Restaurant Manager in reputable restaurants or international chains.
* Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and customer experience.
* Experience managing teams, shift planning, and performance management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of KPIs and operational reporting.
* Experience in international brands (preferably PAUL or similar) is a strong plus.
