-Manage end-to-end delivery of software and digital transformation projects.
-Plan and execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
-Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
-Handle changing requirements and uncertainty without disrupting delivery.
-Coordinate closely with developers, technical leads, and architects.
-Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
-Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
-Ensure clear communication, reporting, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree (Business/Commerce or related field).
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management applications.
-Strong knowledge of Agile & Hybrid project delivery (Agile/Waterfall).
-Experience managing uncertainty and evolving requirements.
-Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management.
-Proven ability to coordinate technical teams with a delivery-focused mindset.
-Strong risk management and prioritization skills.
