- Supervise daily site activities; ensure works conform to drawings/specs and material quality standards.
- Enforce HSE requirements; conduct field checks/tests; escalate and resolve issues promptly.
- Plan and control resources (labor, materials, equipment); monitor costs vs. budget.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, suppliers, and subcontractors; track deliveries.
- Maintain reporting (daily/weekly progress, issues, and corrective actions); protect schedule commitments.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering from a recognized university.
- 8-10 years of site execution experience
- Strong project supervision, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in site documentation and basic construction QA/QC practices.
