* Install, activate, and maintain internet & connectivity services.
* Perform cabling, device configuration, testing, and documentation.
* Troubleshoot network issues and restore services within SLA.
* Prepare customer sites and handle service handover.
* Communicate professionally with customers and close tickets properly.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in ISP/Telecom field operations.
* Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, VLAN.
* Basic routing & switching knowledge.
* Valid driving license + ability to work on field sites.
