Job Description

1. Campaign Development and Execution:

· Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

· Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.

2. Content Creation:

· Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

· Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials

3. Digital Marketing & Website Management:

· Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and online advertising.

· Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and conversions.

4. Market Research:

· Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.

· Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

5. Brand Management:

· Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.

· Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.

6. Event Coordination:

· Plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.

· Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

· Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI to senior management.

8. Collaboration:

· Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.



Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role. (3-5 years)

· Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Creative thinking and innovation.


Preferred Skills:

· Experience in construction materials field.

· Knowledge of AI tools

· Knowledge of marketing tools (LinkedIn AD, Meta Business, Google Analytics)

· Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

· Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canvas).

· Strong project management skills.
