- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Establish and enhance HR policies and procedures covering recruitment, training, performance management, and promotions.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract high-caliber talent.
- Oversee personnel administration, payroll, compensation, benefits, and social insurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant employment regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance work environment.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and succession planning frameworks.
- Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a managerial HR role.
- Male candidate is required.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with strong operational execution skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
